I weighed my self this morning and I havn't budged!!! Ive been eating pretty well and I started exercising.. even though the scale hasn't moved I actually feel better about myself and Im not so lethargic all the time!! just wish those scales would budge..

I would suggest 1hour of cardio at leat 4 times a week and add strength training. Muscle will help you burn fat, it boost your metabolism so your burning more calories (even when your not exercising). You could alternate one day cardio, one day strength training.

HMMMMMMmm... Not entirely sold on this,.. Fibre is not a bad thing. Helps keep you regular and helps with Satiety!!! - which is important if your trying to lose weight Everything in moderation I say!!!

yes!! and I realised that alcohol had a HUGE amount of calories!! I didn't realise that liquids could make you put on pounds!!! Now Ive cut back on my alcohol and juice!! its all water now !!!!!!!!
