I read a lot of the post here to get me through my normal night time binging time when I first started. With better eating, a lot of those cravings are subsiding.

Woo hoo!!! What a difference a year makes. You could have stayed, "fat and lazy" or got out and started. That's what I told myself. Stay "fat and lazy, or just start moving." I chose to start moving.
