  • and when you go out for meals, you can ask the place if they have a nutrition guid that shows you nutrient facts and the calories and so on. That way, it'll help you make the healthier choice. It's also best to stay away from fried foods. Always go for baked, or grilled!

  • Fish is a really good healthy food! As well as chicken, but in moderation of course. I believe that it's the chicken breast that's the healthiest part?   • You can track it with MFP with 'walking 2.0mph or 2.5mph' paces since I'm pretty sure you're not sprinting up and down the aisles and you can track the minutes in which you are doing so
