i need some meal ideas. i love salads and vegys but i want something differnt.
please help.

also not sure what im ment to eat when i go out for meals?

    Fish is a really good healthy food! As well as chicken, but in moderation of course. I believe that it's the chicken breast that's the healthiest part? And the thighs could be good as well, as long as you don't eat the fat or skin.
    You can also google healthy food recipes!
    You can define the search further like looking for meal recipes under 400 calories or such.
    You should try Bison burger! It's sooo much healthier than beef and it almost has no fat. My local health food restaurant makes good ones, and its a nice alternative to the regular burger, especially when you have those cravings!

    and when you go out for meals, you can ask the place if they have a nutrition guid that shows you nutrient facts and the calories and so on. That way, it'll help you make the healthier choice.
    It's also best to stay away from fried foods. Always go for baked, or grilled!
