  • Ok perfect example, I just tried to enter a food under the snack and I even tried to edit the nutrition info and it still will not come up with the correct info. It should be 220 calories and it comes up 200. oh and here is another thing, I went to print out my report for the day and on my report it has 96 calories…
  • If you are entering the information correctly, sometimes I wonder. Everything I look up is pretty much accurate, I do get a little leary about entering meats, it just seem like some days I have way to much to each and others hardly anything. Just curious if anyone else feels this way sometimes.
  • Thanks for all the support, I know I need to be patient but...and we all know what that can be like. By the way CONGRATS to you crystalt for being smoke free for 8 days, :flowerforyou: that is a constantly struggle for me but I'm doing good.
  • The scale is stuck:grumble: :grumble: any one have any suggestions? It's been a week and nothing lost:frown: Any hints would be appreciated.
  • Well then that answers my question, thanks...

  • Thanks Megan, I did the aerobics both of them tonight- probably only 20 minutes total by the time you wait for everything, I was surprised to see that I burned 149 calories, not as much as I would of liked to but...it was something today:happy:

  • When you do a work out with your wii how do you enter it in the exercise report? I searched and there isn't anything in the data base. TIA:smile:

  • Not sure if I'm on the right thread but...I was wondering what is the best recipe builder to use to find out the NI for your own recipes? I've tried calorie king and spark and unless I'm doing something wrong it just doesn't seem to be working.
  • a lot of their recipes from? I just joined today and I have been reading the numerous topics on these boards and I was just wondering if a lot of people use WW recipes, Cooking light, etc. I seen Hungry Girl mentioned, along with KRAFT, do you try to buy a lot of fat free or light foods. I have been following WW off and on…
  • Thanks 3babybeans:happy: I can tell this is going to be a GREAT site! Oh and thank you too shutterbug4674 for the nice welcome:happy:
  • Confused on how to add stuff, like my ticker, "quotes", etc...maybe I just need more time to play and explore as they say:smile:
