This was my issue. Even with a calorie deficit I could not lose weight. But..I produce way too much insulin.. Your gifs are my favorites. There are other ways to drop fat.

Probably because I thought the poster meant carbs/glucose = fuel and fat/ketones = fuel..rather than jumping to the assumption that said person was insinuating that one can't burn fat while eating carbs. Considering it was in response to a "carbs are fuel" comment and not an I burn fat while eating carbs comment.

I wasn't commenting on whether or not everyone uses fat calories for fuel. I was responding to your claim that anyone said people can't burn fat and eat carbs.. Lowering carbs won't make you lose any faster than any other method. As long as you're eating at a deficit you will lose. Unless you have a medical condition..then things can get trickier.

~18g of net carbs. I lose weight because of a calorie deficit..not because of lack of carbs.

Good or bad? Depends on your body and how well they round out your overall diet. Personally, they (white potatoes) are not so good for me. However, I produce too much insulin.

Low Carb high fat is how I eat..for medical reasons. I eat at a deficit for weight-loss and exercise for strength, endurance, and more calories.

You can, and should, give yourself 300-500 for breastfeeding. I just logged it under snacks as a negative calorie thing. You can also log it as exercise.

I don't eat much sugar..because I can't. What are your protein and fat macros looking like? I find upping those help to cut down on carb cravings. If you really think sugar is the devil..dont eat it. artificial sweeteners have not been proven to cause cancer. Have you considered Stevia? Cant tell if troll thread or serious.
