I'm always over on my sugar but that's usually from fruits and natural such. I wouldn't worry about it too much but I hear popcorn, nuts, and berries (such as blue berries and raspberries) are lower in sugar.

Most of the time i do, they cost $0.90 a bag and they hold more and I don't really have to worry as much about them ripping on me. I even have an insulated bag for my frozen. I like it because the plastic ones just build up around my house.

Muscle is more dense then fat so you can weigh more because of that. I'm in a similar boat, no one believes me when I tell them how much I weigh. I wouldn't take it personally, and congrats on the weight you've lost.

I wouldn't sweat it too much but still keep an idea of how many calories your in taking. If you go over okay but still try to keeping an eye on it. Try taking it a little easier on the exercise and start reaching out to your friends and family. Talk to them about how you feel and what your going through. Sounds like your in a depression and that can be a bad thing. I would think about why you started to lose weight and focus on that.

I wouldn't pay that much attention to size on stuff. I have size 10-15 jeans that fit all the same way so just feel good about your clothes fitting better. I pay more attention to your own measurements and be happy in your weight loss. Nice work so far.:happy:
