  • I got married in May of 2010, by August I gained 7-11 pounds (I weighed 181.) when I went to the doctor's for a physical. I had to go again last month and I weigh 159 according to his scale.

  • That was just hurtful of him to say. that much weight is a big difference and if your clothes fit better then you've lost weight/mass and he's blinder then a bat with no sonar. I hope everything works out for the best for you, even if it's not with him.

I did the 30 shred in April and saw inches lost but I also did walking/running 3-4 times a week for an hour at a time. she mentions in level 3 about a diet plan she has but I didn't see where it was coming from so I'm assuming that she has a book or something out there that goes along with it.
  • Depends really on what your ordering. Pizza I would go light on the sauce. salads are good, try to pick something healthy but also tasty. you only live once.

  • Congratulation! I'm happy for you. That happens some times, you loose mass and not weight. I think it means you have more muscle, which weighs more then fat.

  • I do mine at home and have toned down. I agree with getting weights but there are some arm exercise that you may need the the 3 or 5. I also like resistance bands. There are plenty of websites and you-tube videos to show you different.
