you can add me as a friend for support I have 9 pounds left that i want to loose and it is very very hard i have to really stay focused on my food intake or i gain it all back fast i have to exercise at least six days a week and keep pushing to do more so i am there for you if you need support perenial52

you might not be able to eat it if you cant stand the taste it might be one of the foods that your pallet cant take we all have some food we cant eat.i like it with green onions or hot peppers its also good with peaches thats just me though.

when you start exercising you do gain weight because your muscles weigh more than our fat does it takes about 2 weeks before you see any difference in weight loss but you will see inch losses just keep watch of the food you eat and dont eat anymore than you normally do and you should see a difference in a couple of weeks…
