I know you can make cheesecake from it, yummy, look on the interenet for some low cal recipes, lots of low sites there. I love the stuff!

I'm like you! I hate the taste, but I know that it's good for me :/....

I disguise mine in smoothies - Obviously you can use whatever fruit you choose; but I think the banana helps to mask the flavor

Cottage cheese - Lowfat, 1% milkfat, 0.75 cup (not packed)
Blue Diamond Almond Breeze - Almond Milk - Unsweetened, 0.5 cup
Strawberries - Raw, 0.75 cup, halves
    Bananas - Raw, 0.5 medium

Comes out as about 230 calories

you might not be able to eat it if you cant stand the taste it might be one of the foods that your pallet cant take we all have some food we cant eat.i like it with green onions or hot peppers its also good with peaches thats just me though.

Throw it in a smoothie, makes it super creamy.

I've seen it used in pancakes, but don't have a recipe - I imagine there has to be some on the web somewhere. My mom had them at the Original Pancake House last weekend and they were DELICIOUS! No cottage cheese flavor or texture, but super tasty pancakes, and good protein in 'em too I would imagine.
