Friends?

I got off program for a few weeks, but now I'm back with a great new plan, and I would love some new friends to go along with my new found motivation! I've taken to eating very high fiber foods, foods that are easier for me to make at home (so I don't run to the drive thru instead), and finding healthier options for the things I crave. Thoughts? Thanks!

Well, you know you've got me! I'm checking out the eat more 2 weigh less group to see if they're right about the numbers that MFP gives since I wasn't losing anything at the 1470 they recommended, I'm not sure I can eat the total amount their plan recommends but I think I'll be less hungry.
Thankfully, for me, I love fruit so I have a few treats that are easy (give this a try sometime, it's not too bad: mash a banana in a small container, freeze it and voila, banana "ice cream" and if you have the extra cals, some sugar free chocolate sauce -yum!)

Feel free to add me, I am also looking for some healthier options which can be quick and easy... I love wheat crispbread and houmous as a snack and I alo love banana, lemon or strawberry sorbet and its low cal :-)0 -
hi perenial 52 it has been a struggle for me to loose 10 pounds I am exercising but its not enough and have trouble staying focused could use some support also how are you doing and what keeps you focused sharon0
