I'm intolerant to wheat and gluten. Symptoms for me include any and all of the following: * Bloated stomach * Stomach pain * Constipation/diarrhoea * Muscle ache * Fatigue (to the point of literally falling asleep at my desk) * Headaches * Nausea * Craving wheat & gluten products (I have no idea why this is but I often…

I was diagnosed when I was 15 and prescribed some medication (can’t remember the name of it) but refused to take it because the leaflet said they were also used as anti-depressants and I was afraid I’d get addicted to them. My tendencies mostly relate to numbers, counting and symmetry which I don’t mind too much, but the…

Thanks so much for all your advice! There were literally only 3 brands to choose from at the health food shop but I hadn't thought of buying it online so I think I'll look into that instead now I have some good recommendations. Thank you! :) Natalie

Amazing! Congratulations. You're absolutely beautiful (although that part's not new - you were beautiful in the before photos too!)

I didn't do it this morning (intended to but lungs had other ideas - hoping using my inhalers throughout the day will mean I can do it when I get home from work instead). Still feeling the burn a bit from the last two mornings though, particularly in my thighs and upper chest. If I'm able to do it later I'm thinking I…

Don't worry - it's really not that bad and I know lots of people who actually prefer it to level 1 (myself included)! :)

Woke up aching a bit today but jumped to level 2 and enjoyed it much more than I enjoyed level 1 yesterday! Sure I need a new HRM now though - this morning it said I burned FIVE calories! There's no way that's right. Haha.

I used to get up at 5:30am every morning to work out and really had to force myself to do it the first couple of weeks, but after that it became a habit and I found that it wasn’t such an effort because I loved how I felt. It was great to start the day feeling like I’d achieved something brilliant before most people were…

I’m very shy and not a confident person so I was *terrified* the first time I went to a class and it took me the longest time to build up the courage. I think I expected everyone there to practically be professional body-pumpers or something. The reality was that there was a huge range of people from the very good,…

I wish! I only burned 68 calories this morning and last time around I only burned 98. I have no idea why I burn so little because I mostly do the advanced versions of the exercises and I'm out of breath and dripping with sweat every time. I burn far more going for a half hour run! :( It may be time to get a new HRM, just…

Do you have a HRM? I wear mine and log it as "30DS (HRM)" and the number of cals burned. Some of my friends who don't have HRMs log it as circuit training though. :)

Bump - can't watch it on the computer I'm using at the mo

Such a good idea! I think I'll start tomorrow, doing it first thing before work, and just go for a short run on Saturdays or Sundays. Thanks for the motivation! :)

Do you have to go from “strangers” to “dating” straight away? What if you took the pressure off yourselves and just started getting to know each other as friends without any expectation of where it might lead? You can still go out and do things together without having to call it dating. That way, as you get to know each…

Wow! Well done - you've achieved loads in those 4 months. You look great. (I love your bikini and nail varnish too!). :) x

Bumping for later :)

I've never thought about that. I always just go by the information on the packaging!
-
I can't see your photos but I'm slightly pear-shaped too and these are the things I find most flattering to my shape: * Bootcut trousers/jeans (if you're at your goal and can invest in a pair of really dark denim Diesel jeans I'd recommend it - they are one of the most flattering things I own) * Skirts cut either just…

Bumping for the weekend - thank you! :)

Wowee! Amazing success!

Wow! Well done - I pretty much look like your 'before' photo now so you're great inspiration for me! :)

Oh gosh! They get into everything! I have a Bichon Frise and just this weekend he tried to eat a twig I'd cut off a rose bush (thorns and all). He also eats flies and spiders...well, he doesn't actually eat them - he catches them in his mouth then spits them out once they're dead. Very odd! I've caught him drinking red…

Love it!

I've only read the first page of responses so I apologise if something like this has already been said! I've never been overweight myself so I can't answer from personal experience, but I do know two ladies who were sexually abused as children and teenagers. They both intentionally gained weight until they were morbidly…

Oh right, thanks. I had no idea. Looks like I'll be searching for an alternative as well then! :)

Why is soy worthless?

Bumping for later when I have more time to read - everything looks amazing! Thanks so much for going to the effort of posting the pics and giving us the recipes. Your cat is lovely too. :)

I hate the consistency of cow's milk and the way it 'coats' the inside of your mouth. I now have soya milk (the light version) and it's much thinner and more of a creamy colour than white. It's a bit sweeter than ordinary milk. I've heard good things about almond milk too, although I haven't tried it myself yet.

Don't give up...especially since you're *feeling* better! Instead of only looking at the scale, take measurements and photos to compare with as you progress. I can be the exact same weight but have a completely different figure depending on what I've been eating, what exercise I've been doing etc. There have also been…
