  • Welcome to all of you to patient care!! 35 yr experienced RN, so no great advice for school it has been too long! With 30+ yrs of night shift work, weight control has been a real problem for me. I am hoping that now a day shift person regular eating habits will help get the wight off that I need to lose.
  • Ditto! had a start going last year and then life happened in a big bad way. Trying again, with a better life schedule-finally working a day shift job for the first time in 30+ years.

  • My scrubs for work move around my butt instead of getting stuck.....and I have lost enough water weight that the ridges in my ankles from my socks after 12 hours are less noticeable..... Small steps, but they are forward.....
