  • A team of about forty of my friends did the Tough Mudder in AZ last year, some in shape and some obese, and they all made it through. You can take as much time as you want and are allowed to skip any obstacles you wish. The only complaint I heard at all was about the electroshock therapy, a couple of people were knocked…
  • Isopure Zero Carb Cookies and Cream is awesome. 200 calories, 50 grams of protein and no carbs... It doesn't get much better.
  • I am a night shift (10pm-6am) sergeant in a prison who got transferred to this shift with my promotion in March, I have since lost thirty pounds and am still going strong. Being strict about logging everything into MyFitnessPal has been huge, even if it's just a mental factor of not wanting people to think I'm a pig at…
  • Me and my wife have about a week of Insanity left, neither of us bought special shoes or wore any type of braces and have been fine. • I like Zone Perfect bars when I'm in a pinch. I buy them in bulk at Costco and have them on hand for times I'm rushing... they taste fairly good, 200 calories I think.
  • Rum and diet coke, 50ish calories depending on the rum.
  • Oh man, this thread has made me lose so much respect for the team beachbody brand and people involved with it. I really enjoy Insanity but will seriously think through this used car salesman approach to selling health supplements before I consider ever supporting them again. What a bummer.
  • I typically workout to MychildrenMybride, no idea if you like harder music but they are Christian. For Today is also good, the first album by Attack Attack is a good one, and We Came As Romans are awesome when I just don't feel like working out. Good luck!
