Thanks Kev. I think I understand. You can actually burn calories by "doing nothing" but would burn the right calories if you were exercising. Is that right?

Don't go by the scale. You are doing great! Pounds will come and pounds will go but being healthy is the greatest feeling! Remember you have a lot of us cheering you on. Good luck!

My husband and I love Taebo! We had done the amped series and have seen some results. Kind of got bored with it. Tried a new Taebo called Cardio Sculpt. I met my hubby at my best friend and his younger brothers wedding on Sept. 4 1981. We started dating on Sept. 16 and were married October 15th 1981! It will be 30 years and he still gives me butterflies :)

I feel the same way. I just don't seem to be very motivated lately. I have 2 months before I go back to the dr. to see if I can be taken off some of my meds so I really need to get wired!!!

Thank you Ed. I used to be really embarassed about my stretch marks (I have them on my thighs) but when I see my son and my two beautiful granddaughters I am so proud of them!

I am pre-diabetic and take 500 mg Metformin. I find if I take half for breakfast and half for dinner I am not as hungry throughout the day. Ask your dr. if that would work for you.

I find portion control helps me. Instead of taking a whole bag of chips I put a serving in a plastic baggy and I am ok.

I've had many setbacks too. I just try to remember this is a lifestyle change not a diet and you can't do this overnight. If you "fall off of the wagon" (like I and many others have) don't forget that tomorrow is another day. If you mess up in the morning try to make better choice the rest of the day. DO NOT beat yourself…
