Does anyone know how to add the polar loop to myfitnesspal?

Silly question
I got a polar loop for Christmas and love it! My question is about calories. It tells me that I burn quiet a few by not doing anything or very little. How does that fit in with total calories burned (for example when you exercise you may burn 500 calories depending on the type of workout you do). I'm a little confused…

I am trying to get started again (for the umpteenth time) and I think I have lost some MFP friends along the way. I am looking for friends who have "fell off the wagon" and want to get back on. Really need motivation and encouragement. Thanks!

Morning exercisers
Hi! I was just wondering how many of you exercise early in the morning and what type of exercise you do. I can't seem to get motivated in the evening so I am thinking about trying in the morning. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

not losing weight
Went to my doctor today and complained about my weight. She said that as long as my BMI is good I should be ok. She also said that I should only weigh myself once a week or even once a month. Something she said really made me realize that I am doing a lifestyle change not a quick fix. It takes 3500 calories burned to lose…

P90X
My husband and I are thinking about trying P90X and had a few quesitons. Do you have to have a chin-up bar? We have no place to put one. And do you have to follow the diet exactly? Will you still see results if you have to modify the workouts? Anyone out there that has done or is doing P90X would be a great help. Thanks.
