slacking off

I had been doing so good but with the holidays I have slacked off some. Has anyone else? I feel so guilty. I have been trying to at least exercise but with all the hustle and bustle of the holidays I can't seem to do that or eat right. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Sherrik

    I have a goal to work off my whatever breakfast calories I consume. I also try to drink a full glass of water before eating so I'm not very hungry. I have slacked off with my cardio quite a bit, as well. We can do this! I wrote in my exercise diary today to get back on track and do more cardio. Lets go! Just a few minutes of heart pumping exercise, just a few! at least then we are doing SOMETHING! good luck with your weight loss journey! And happy holidays!

    i feel ya, YOU ARE SO NOT ALONE!! this is a crazy time of year full of parties, celebrations & gatherings with of course sinful food! I am having trouble getting my work outs in due to being over scheduled. So I"m trying to balance with eating well, but at the same time not feeling like I'm missing out on everything. Doing lots of little nibbles or tastes instead of plates of my favorites and slimming down the calories the rest of the day. So far I'm maintaing and that's really my only goal this month!

    I'm back. Still slacking off. I really need some help! Haven't exercised and I have been eating too much Holiday goodies. I have gained some of my weight back. My plan is to start on Sunday after Christmas. Need motivation!
