not losing weight

Went to my doctor today and complained about my weight. She said that as long as my BMI is good I should be ok. She also said that I should only weigh myself once a week or even once a month. Something she said really made me realize that I am doing a lifestyle change not a quick fix. It takes 3500 calories burned to lose one pound. I never thought of it that way!
