  • Last week was tough...that time of the month finally hit 4 days late and we went on vacation to Niagara Falls so I of course ate too much. I am going to give myself a day to de-bloat and let my weight stablize.

  • I'm going to be 47 next month and I feel great! I am definitely in the best shape of my life. I wish I had started sooner. I exercise 7 days a week with 5 days of cardio. I haven't noticed my recovery taking longer in general but I'm starting to feel it in my knees.

Plus, I was in a CRAZY step challenge with some of the local ladies that I had to win so I got 66,000 steps in on Sunday which I think helped combat too many calories eaten over the weekend.…
