            I’m joining the June weight loss accountability! I’ve spent the past year trying to loose 10lbs but not getting serious. I’ve been a lurker but now it’s time to join and ask for help. I’m going to measure later today and will update this.

            I got a shocker today. I knew I wasn't being careful and was getting thick, but I didn't realize it was 135lbs! A good weight for me is 126. I start to feel uncomfortable around 130. I usually went off how much fat/muscle I had, how my waist was looking & how defined my collarbone was. But I decided to buy a scale and I'm glad I did!

 June is upon us... bikini season!!!! 3 weeks before school is out and I start heading out to the pool with my kids on a regular basis. I will reach my goal this month and learn how to maintain my healthy weight.
 For the next week, I will do 3 weight training session and 3 HIIT.5

Life is short, right? I'm still at a weight that three months ago seemed very low, clothes are fitting looser, and my workout/yoga routines are sticking. Now, on to healthy food and down to goal...5

 I actually have no idea what today's weight is so took an average. I broke my fibula leg bone Monday, just above the ankle. I have discovered that my scale is very sensitive to my balance, and I'm less than balanced standing on one leg. This morning I got on it 4 times and the weights varied from 155 to 163, so I'm going with the average. In addition to no workouts this week, I have a lot of swelling, so it makes sense to me that I'm up from last week.
 How did I break it, you say? I was carrying laundry down the stairs, talking to my husband on the phone. Thought I was at the bottom of the stairs and simply stepped out into air. Fell down at least 4 stairs and my leg hit on the edge of the stair with my weight on it. At least that's what I'm guessing happened.
 Thoughts on workouts? I'm non-weight bearing for a couple of weeks so found some chair workouts on YouTube to do, plus crutches are no joke. I do plan on some ab workouts once I can get off the floor, but I'm open to any and all suggestions.13

 Since I'm so close to goal I also need to remember to take measurements! Monday I'll be starting week 5 of the BB Strong Curves program, and with running it on a slight deficit I'm hoping to shrink up a little more!4

            I forgot to post in May, but I made it to 143! I'm on a roll this week with my jogs and food prep. June goal is 1lbs/week and get to 138 for early July. It's my toddler's 2nd bday and we are doing a pool party. I want to look good in the photos that will be taken of us poolside together!

 So, I had my x-ray which was funny because the radiographer was lovely and he showed me my scans both front and lateral and he said nothing was jumping out at him. I want to take it as positive but I'm still getting lateral referred knee pain which is so not fun. But anyway, he's getting me to do various things and he says to me, 'I'm just going to feel for the top of your pelvis' and I'm like 'okay.' Only he pokes me in my waist. I couldn't have been more surprised. I literally said to him, 'you're nowhere near it' and showed him where it was. Tall girl problems, I tell ya! Nothing's where it's supposed to be.
 I'm waiting until after the 12th, which is when my ultrasound is before booking an appointment for all my results. However, I start physio on Monday so, hopefully, things will look clearer for me or I can at least push for an MRI with contrast to confirm or rule out a labral tear which is what it's looking like. Plus I need to be able to stabilise the hip in the meantime and get out and about. Hence being here with you ladies, I need something to hold onto because I'm a bit adrift, to be honest. Cross-training is murder because I have exercise-induced asthma, which is why kickboxing was so brilliant (1-minute rounds, no time to get puffed out), and my hyperflexibility makes weight-training a bit of a crudshoot. Can't really swim either and I've got problems with my coccyx so I'm looking into getting just the pedals of a bike so I can put them on the floor while I sit on my bed. That or I'll die of boredom. Remember me well, yeah?

 Hi, I am new to this group and I'm so glad to have found it. I started out strong on my road to my bikini ready body a few months ago and have recently lost steam. I think this accountability challenge will push me in the right direction! My goal probably looks overambitious but I have been overdoing it on the sodium the past few days so I'm pretty sure that I have a couple of pounds of bloat in that SW number.

 I hit 10lbs lost yesterday. Yeah!!
 This month is do or die for me. We are moving from Florida to DC at the end of June. The packers come in two weeks. Our new lease doesn’t start until August 1, so we are taking the long way up and vacationing enroute. That will include a few amusement parks, a four day cruise, and a walking food tour of Little Havana in Miami. During this transition, logging will be tough at best. I will have access to gyms for the most part, but I don’t know how much time and energy I’ll have to make use of them. I’m determined not to waste the effort I put in to all the weight I’ve lost though. The scale will be traveling with us so that will help me stay on track.3

 For the past month my weight has been trending around +/- 2 lbs range. Adding a day of cardio into our gym routine as we previously had just been strength training with some added bits of cardio. I've also revised my fitness goal on mfp for a new caloric goal of 1400 cal/day to help with getting back into the downward trend. However, I am seeing a lot more muscle definition in my arms and stomach and I am very excited about that!
