Spring in to Summer: June weight-loss and accountability

Goal Weight: 140lbs
June Goal: 140lbs, less body fat!
June 1st: 144 (I think?)
June 8th: 142-ish.
June 15th: 137.2
June 22nd: - Didn't get to weigh in this week as I was out of town for an interview
June 29th: 138.8
A bit high this week, but that's to be expected. The past two weekends we were away visiting family on the other side of the state, as my bf's dad was there visiting for his vacation. Ate too much, drank to much, etc. This week was also TOM, which didn't help! BUT still under my overall pound goal, so it's not really a loss either! Goal for next month is to get back in on my Strong Curves workouts, swimming at least twice a week for some extra calorie burn, and start being stricter with the bf on not going out to eat. :P0 -

And this wraps up June. I had a slide up however I feel like I built muscle too. I am back on track. Persistence and Consistency are key.0 -

Unfortunately, I think my ending weight is a little misleading. I'm pretty there is some dehydration account for the drop in pounds since I had a few glasses of wine the night before. Overall, I'm happy with the way things are moving!

Jun 7: 113.1 (this seems kinda low...I typically have a low weight right when I start my cycle. Seems odd but happens every month.)
