I love chips too, there is just something about them that makes a sandwich better! I have recently discovered the Kellogs Special K cracker chips. 27 chips for 110 calories. I usually find that 1/2 that amount is plenty to go with a sandwich!

Lowfat fruit flavored yogurt and cottage cheese! Sounds gross, but very filling and yummy!

Amen! One of my Weight Watcher leaders told us one time "don't do anything while losing weight that you aren't willing to do for the rest of your life" that was one of the best pieces of advice I have ever heard!

I say find what works best for you and then stick with it! I have found consistency to be one of the secrets of weight loss. You have to stay with it day after day, if you are "bad" one day or one meal, just get back on the wagon.

I count fruits but do not count non-starchy veggies. I eat a reasonable amount of veggies, but if I were going to eat tons of them I would probably count them. I used to be on Weight Watchers and this always worked for me.

My food scale and measuring cups! Portion control is a big factor in weight loss!

"you will never be able to lose weight at your age!" this was said to me by my Mother-in-law! Talk about motivation!

I always count fruits, but do not count non starchy veggies. I am usually a little under my calorie goal so I figure it makes up for the calories a little. I didn't gain weight from eating too many veggies! Find what works for you and stick with it.
