Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Its a common misconception. If your eating a high fat diet that could be the problem even though the calories are right it doesn't matter cause its high fat. one bad day doesn't define your goal! You guys will do great! I allow myself one day where I can eat or drink alcohol if I choose, but not go over board. I think you need those kinds of days so that you don't feel like you dieting. SO dust yourself off, tomorrows a new day!

SW :274 CW:272.8 Gw176 I had a great week. I started putting to practice what the Nutritionist said and I've lost some weight which is great! Hopefully, I can keep it up! Next I need to start inputting some strength training exercise. Hope everyone had a great week!:wink:

I drink a lot of water anyways so its cook for me...lol.. i drink about 24oz 3x's a day. Although I do drink some diet soda which I need to stop. Hope everyone is having a great week.

One good idea is to ask for a take out box when you get your meal. If the portions are large which they probably will be just put half of the food in the take out box before you eat. Thank you! I really want to try and wake up early to workout first thing in the morning that way its done and I don't have to worry about it. Plus, I think that it might help to boost my metabolism in the morning.

I took the prescription version of ALLI and let me tell you that if you eat too fat it will come out and mostly not when you want it too. You'll be running to the bathroom.
