I was born in 85 as well, so my list would probably be similar to yours. XD

When it happens with me it is because I find that I mirror in the car makes me look half decent and that makes me decide to take a picture. It kind of goes hand in hand with bathroom pictures (at least for me). The light in my room is horrible, but the light in my restroom is awesome for pictures. XD /shrug

I was so sad when I found out. MY FEELS. T.T

I was a bit weary of Smith during my post-Tennant depression, but Smith quickly erased any doubts in my head about his capability as the Doctor. I am a fairly new Whovian, I started watching the New Who back in February, but I fell in love with the series VERY fast. I was very sad to hear he was leaving, especially because…

About a 60 pound difference. :D
-
The first was me back in late June of last year. Not sure how much I had lost in the second. I want to say 60 pounds or so. That was probably back in January/February. I really don't remember.

The first few pounds are the hardest. I went from being 283 to 202 in about almost a year (I lost the majority of my weight in the first 4-5 months, but I was lazy the last few so I have been stuck around the same weight.) You will not notice results right away, but you will get there eventually. After the first 20 so…

Congo rats! I'm about 20 pounds away from my first big goal of a hundred pounds. Hopefully you'll be seeing a thread from me soon. Keep up the good work! :D

I've lost the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape. :D

I'm 27. 5'3. I'm trying to get down to 180. I'm about 25 pounds away, I have myself set at around 1200 calories a day.

/highfives the Whovian I"m addicted to apples with peanut butter, and I used to hate water.

I want to people able to wear fitted women shirts without worrying about if I look decent or not. I know it sounds silly, but I've been very overweight my entire life (Being in 2x-3x in mens shirts for my adult life) and I'm adjusting to being thinner. I can fit into a 2x women's shirt now, but I want to be able to fit…

If you have no control over what is being served there, like people have said it's going to be about portion control. Easier said than done, I know. I would suggest maybe eating something small before you go so you won't overeat, and bring water with you to avoid the drinks being served. Or if you have occasional cheat…

I usually walk/run in a park that's about two miles (if I do the short route). What I usually do is jog from light post to light post non stop, and the walk the next interval, and then jog the next , etc. I think for me, it helps, because seeing a visual goal keeps me motivated to keep going. Try focusing on a specific…

Like people have said, we can't really spot reduce, but there is a free 10 minute video on Youtube that I've done before that helps work out your arms. I don't know if it will help, but I think it's worth a try. Also, it may look like nothing, but trust me, it made my arms burn! Good luck!…

I'm not a professional, but I would think it wouldn't hurt to train a couple of days on pavement so you won't be in too much discomfort when you actually run the paved trail. I think the type of shoes you wear, and maybe wearing some ankle support/braces will help with the impact. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I have more than on hundred to lose, but my first big goal is a hundred. :3 I'm 20 pounds away from my first goal.
