I have had a lot of success with tapering my calories. For example: eat more calories in the morning, and then less throughout the day with the smallest meal falling at supper. Also, less carbohydrates and sodium helps, as does not eating late at night (especially if you weigh in early in the morning like I do). Hope this…

I have the same issue. Most jeans still fit ok since many had gotten too small but pretty all my work clothes are now starting too look like I'm wearing a parachute! It drives my wife crazy but I just don't want to spend the $, oh well, I guess it's time! :)

I would not use this calculator. I checked it out and got 32% for me even though I've been measured with calipers and I'm more like 18%. Completely inaccurate.

Alcohol here too (Captain Morgan mostly, but also beer). Also, I'd agree with sour cream chip dip, pizza and french fries....I really wish you wouldnt have started this thread, it's getting me tempted! :)

I highly recommend measuring this weekly (or at least monthly). Only takes a couple minutes and really helps you understand what's going on a lot better. It also helps you ensure you're not losing the lean mass. Ewright has a GREAT example. While losing "only" 3 lbs, body fat went down 14%! That's a 22.4 lb loss in fat…
