Good to know. Mine started at 1460, dropped to 1400, and with my most recent weigh-in, dropped to 1390.

Every single time I've "weighed in" here, MFP has recalculated my daily calorie goal. Am I doing something wrong? I started at 1460 calories, then it dropped down to 1400, and now 1390 with my most recent weigh-in.

I've got several Walk at Home DVDs. That used to be my only exercise. I love Leslie! The DVDs definitely helped condition my heart and lungs for running.
