Log exercise every day?
I'm just getting back into MFP after several years. When I reset all my goals (current weight, goal weight, etc) I entered my workout info - 4 HIIT workouts a week at 30 minutes each and 400 calories burned per workout. So, do I still log my workouts every day? Or not since it was factored in from the get go?

Enter workouts?
Hello! I used MFP back in 2012 to get in shape for my wedding and lost about 25 pounds through counting calories and running. Now, I'm 32, and the heaviest I've been in my life. I'm 5'4" and weigh 200lbs. My goal is to get to 150. I joined an HIIT gym in July and lost 10lbs my first month with 3 one-hour workouts a week…

How to increase pace?
So I finished C25K right about a month ago. Since then, I've been running 3 days per week, 3.2-3.5 miles per run, and I can't seem to break my pace, which is consistently 11:30 minute miles. I'm not pushing myself too hard as I'm comfortable at this pace (and my first race isn't until October). I'm working on upping my…

May be a dumb question, but...
MFP automatically adjusts your daily calorie goal whenever you update your weight? I feel stupid for even asking this. Everytime I "weigh in" my calories get changed automatically. Is that supposed to happen, or am I doing something wrong?

Breathing
Any other new runners who have struggled with their breathing? I just can't get a regular breathing pattern down. I'm wrapping up week 7 of the program tonight, and I'm focusing way too much on my breathing. I'm completing the runs with no problems, and as soon as I start my cool-down walks, my breathing returns right to…

More hungry than usual
A little background on me. I'm 5'4", 25 years old, and I hit the highest weight of my life at the end of last summer, which was 142lbs. I'm getting married in October and wanted to lose about 10-15lbs before the big day, and set myself up to maintain that number. I started MFP at about 138lbs. I'm about to graduate from…

Runtastic smart phone app?
I've been using Runtastic on my BlackBerry to track my Couch to 5k progress. I just finished week 5 last night. There's no option for interval training, so I've had the activity level set to "Walking" since I've primarily been doing more walking than running. Last night was the infamous 20 minute run. I changed my activity…

Logging on weekends
I've been using MFP for about 3-4 weeks. I only want to lose about 10, maybe 15 pounds. I'm mostly trying to make a lifestyle change and be more healthy. I'm 25 years old, 5'4", and currently weigh about 135. I say "about" because I need a new scale, haha. I'm really good about logging during the week, but I'm finding it…
