More hungry than usual

A little background on me. I'm 5'4", 25 years old, and I hit the highest weight of my life at the end of last summer, which was 142lbs. I'm getting married in October and wanted to lose about 10-15lbs before the big day, and set myself up to maintain that number. I started MFP at about 138lbs.
I'm about to graduate from Couch to 5k, so I'm running 3 days a week, about 3 miles per day. I do light strength training work 3 days a week, too. MFP has me set at 1460 calories per day, and I've been logging for a little over two months now. 1460 has been a good number. I eat three balanced meals each day and usually two snacks while I'm sitting at my desk at work. I eat lots of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Most days, I'm right at my goal, but days when I run, I'm usually under.
So far, I've lost 8lbs. I haven't changed anything about my eating or workout habits lately, except my mileage has increased a bit as I'm coming up on the end of Couch to 5k. The past few days, I've been STARVING towards the end of the work day. I mean, stomach growling, shaky, light-headed, STARVING. I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden. My finace said my body may need more fuel since I am running further distances now, but it seems odd to me that this has just happened literally all of a sudden. The 1460 has worked so well up til now, and this week, it feels like it isn't anywhere close to enough food. Any thoughts?

Your body doesn't respond immediately all the time.... sometimes it takes time. For example it can take me several weeks of eating well to see losses and several weeks of eating poorly to see significant gains. Your body adapts to a routine, so what worked for a while may not work now. Also... hunger levels change with hormones. There are weeks when i don't care about snakcing and can do well on a couple of meals, then there are weeks when i want to eat everything that's not nailed down. Find high volume, low calore foods that you can munch on.. plan in some extra fruit snacks... or drink some water. All might help. Then search on here for loosing while upping your calories.. you'll find lots of people lose when eating more.0
