Runtastic smart phone app?

I've been using Runtastic on my BlackBerry to track my Couch to 5k progress. I just finished week 5 last night. There's no option for interval training, so I've had the activity level set to "Walking" since I've primarily been doing more walking than running. Last night was the infamous 20 minute run. I changed my activity level to "Running" since I was running with only a brief warm-up walk, and my calories burned jumped from the standard 120-130 range to 280. Now I'm afraid none of my previous workouts have been recorded accurately. I never realized changing the activity from "Walking" to "Running" would make that big of a difference. I thought the calculations were based on your weight, height, distance, pace, etc. Thoughts? Any suggestions for a more accurate app? I've got 4 weeks left of Couch to 5k.
