Log exercise every day?

I'm just getting back into MFP after several years. When I reset all my goals (current weight, goal weight, etc) I entered my workout info - 4 HIIT workouts a week at 30 minutes each and 400 calories burned per workout. So, do I still log my workouts every day? Or not since it was factored in from the get go?

    The exercise setting in the goals set up has zero calorie functionality - you could make it 10hrs a day and wouldn't get any calories for it, it's not factored in as you call it.

    You log your exercise when you actually do it.
    (400 per half hour for interval training sounds a very high estimate BTW.)
