Did not walk this morning. :( Definitely plan to walk tomorrow!

I've only got the original 1, 2, and 3 miles that came with the weighted balls (very dated) and I've just added these to my wish list: Leslie Sansone: Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection Leslie Sansone: Walk Away the Pounds - Fat Burning Miles Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk (I really want to…

I only have the original 1, 2, and 3 mile walks that use the weighted balls. I've added four additional DVDs to my wishlist! I'm planning to walk at least 10 miles a week (that is the 2 mile walk 5 days a week) for a total of roughly 40 miles for the rest of this month. I did 3 miles today.

I'm not overly fond of exercising either. I use Walk Away The Pounds by Leslie Sansone. It has worked for me. They are relatively fun, low impact and you have 15, 30, and 45 minute options.

dzuuzz - I sent you a friend request. Hope I can help!

I choose to plan a small portion of the foods I love but shouldn't eat much of into my calorie count for the day. I make sure I keep it separate from other foods in the house so I know that I will get that coveted last piece. This helps me have just a piece without over doing it. Anything else I love but shouldn't eat, I…

I got up at 5am today (not an easy thing for me) and did the 45 minutes Walk Away 3 mile video! Woo hoo! I'm feeling good.

I love walking for exercise. I have aerobic induced asthmatic cough and thus cannot do many exercises that work my lungs too much. So walking is my exercise of choice. I've been using Lesley Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos so I can walk any time. I also love to walk outside when the weather is nice and do light…

Hadirk and PennyLane - I sent you friends requests. I'm also looking for support.

I've been working on losing weight since February this year. A couple of times I stopped logging, once because I was ill and once because I wanted to see if I could lose without logging all the time. Long story short, the answer is NO I cannot! So back to MyFitnessPal I came. I started back right at the beginning of…

I read an article that the best thing to do is just exercise, but that stairs are a great way to strengthen your heart which lets it work more efficiently. So, take the stairs whenever you can. I've started taking a "stairs" break at work. Gets me off my bottom (I work behind a desk all day) and strengthens my heart. Start…

Had a rough eating week. A lot going on: the death of a friend, TOM, and a festival. So, up a half pound. Looking for a great loss this week though.

You need to change your setting to allow your ticker to show in posts. Go in to the message boards settings and select the option to show your ticker. You can change the look of your ticker from your profile.

I've got a total of 106 lbs. to lose. I've lost 17 so far and I've been on MFP for 6 weeks now. Not only did I start managing my calorie intake, I also added exercise. I walk a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week. I added Walk Away the Pounds and 30 Day Shred to my routine recently, so I am hoping with all that exercise to…

Woo hoo... down 4 lbs. this week! Down to 229, started challenge at 237.
-
Can you lock this to the top of the boards list so it is easier to find?

I've recently been doing 30 Day Shred. I've been putting it in as circuit training. I was beginning to wonder if I was truly burning the calories that MFP said I was. I have to modify quite a bit of the workout. I have decided to eat only half of those calories back as a test of my theory. Maybe you are having a similar…

I'm assuming this is simple sugars such as "added sugar" not natural sugars like in raw fruit? And I guess that means no frosted mini wheat either.
-
My April goal is to complete the 30 Day Shred. Even if it is entirely modified! Any exercise is better than no exercise!
-
I'm staying away from all of it! I have no control once I've had a taste. I did have a small white chocolate bunny my husband bought me weeks ago in the house, so I halved that with my daughter. No more for me. I've had my taste.
-
That is awesome! Keep it up!
-
I promise to walk at least 30 minutes five days a week not including the 30 day shred starting this weekend!
-
1st day was fine. Going to start the 30 Day Shred this weekend. Going to push myself in the exercise as I have the eating down.

My goal is 2+ lbs. a week. I usually walk 30 minutes 5 days a week and I've just started adding some low level strength training by way of modified push ups (starting with 5 and are they hard), crunches, and squats. Low reps on all of them for now. Also tracking all of my food intake. I anticipate reaching my challenge…

Hey, I'm excited about this challenge. I'm 35 years old and been overweight since I was 13 years old. My overall goal for life is to lose 106 lbs. My goal for Spring Into Summer 2013 is to lose 37 lbs. from now. I have a 2 and a half year old daughter that is my inspiration for getting fit. My husband will appreciate it…

I poste my weight and stuff in the spreadsheet. I was unsure what to put for my goal. Did you want my total goal for life or do you want my goal that I think I can achieve by July 8th? Thanks. Note: I posted my goal that I think I can achieve by July 8th for now.

Here is my current "before" picture at 237 lbs.
