NSV - clothing
It isn't much yet, but I've reached an NSV. I can wear the pants in my closet again (only slightly snug). I was too big for them over the last year. I've finally gotten to that point. Next NSV - get in my shirts (the arms are still too snug on most). Then I can ditch my "fat" clothes!

Anyone else think MFP should come up with a "days logged in" ticker? They have the weight loss banner, but wouldn't it be motivating to have a ticker that keeps a running total of consecutive logins. I know they let you know by a message every 5 days, but I think a ticker on your page would be great!

About the allotted sugar intake for the day.
Is it just me or is the allotted sugar intake for the day (for me it is 30 g.) a little unrealistic? I mean, I have one medium apple and that alone is half my sugar intake.
