Motivational Support Needed

I tend to be an up and down weight loser. I do really good until I get sick or depressed then I eat. I also tend to be a social eater, so if others are eating around my I'll eat. I am now heavier than when I first started MFP many years ago.

I've come up with a new catch phrase for my weight loss. Along with making better choices at all times no matter how bad I want to each bad, I'm working to not eat when I don't need to. Thus, my new phrase "if you don't need it... don't eat it!"

Yesterday I actually made all good choices! So excited. Even when my husband snacked, I said no thank you!

I'm looking for support, so please friend me if you are willing to be motivational support! Thanks!

    I'll add you, feel free to talk to me anytime. Sometimes you need to say no to social eating or just be mindful of what you eat in one sitting. Dont beat yourself up and dont allow negative thoughts to consume you and take it one day at a time.
