Could someone explain the NSV included in many of the posts' titles? Thanks.

    non scale victory.....getting into a size smaller pair of pants....accomplishing something not # related on the scale....being able to shop in a "normal" store....being able to run a 5k....anything that you couldn't do before you dropped some weight.
