I am missing quite a bit of my fruits and veggies. I usually eat a lot of those as snacks at work. I'm completely swamped so I didn't eat my snacks like I usually would. My diary may not look the greatest but it is a lot better than my old eating habits so I'm still quite proud of that.

I try to plan out my dinner ahead of time and put that down in my diary that way if there is going to be such a large deficit I can make it up through out the day. I guess I just severely miscalculated today.

Just feed them what you eat. That's what I do. There's a rule in my house, that I will not make special food for anyone else, everyone eats what I serve or they just don't eat. I know that may sound harsh, but I'm busy enough. But I did find that my kids will eat just about anything mexican; tacos, burritos, lasagna. And…

I substitute everything that calls for beef with turkey. I make turkey chilis and meatloaf. Turkey burgers were a huge hit even with my kids. Tonight I'm making Turkey crock pot cheeseburgers. I will be making turkey mexican lasagna this weekend.

The crock pot is a miracle. So what if you make more than enough for you and your bf. You will either have left overs or he can have a larger portion size since he's not bothering to watch what he's eating. This is what my husband and I do, and he never has any issues eating whatever it is I'm eating.

I'll be nice and give it to my nephew. He's 13 and .5 percent away from being declared malnurished. My 7 year old stepdaughter weighs almost what he does.

I made these saturday. Added some black beans and brown rice to the mixture though. It was amazing. And my kids loved it!! Will absolutely keep for family dinner nights. PS instead of using the tortilla I used lettuce leaves for my serving.

I've been on BC for over a decade. Probably will be for another decade too. I've never had any issues with gaining or losing due to my BC.

I actually watched the video for level 1 on youtube to see if my ankle could hold up. The jumping jacks and butt kicks I think i'd be okay with. I would have to just modify the squats and lunges to suit me comfortably.

I just had my second surgery to repair my ankle back in November. I cannot do squats, I will pretty much not be able to do that move ever again. So I do have a limited range of motion.

For those of you that have done 30DS how hard on you ankles would this program be???

When I was 135 (5'3) I still wore a size 8. I don't have much of a butt, and my stomach was fairly flat. I could have probably lost a little more weight but I was extremely happy were I was at.
