Workouts 10, 11, and 12 completed. Phase 1 of the hard presented a challenge. Not too hard and not too easy. Today began Phase 2 (13 of 36). My legs were getting tired at the end of the first workout today. Looking forward to the next workout tonight.

I log my gains so that the MFP calorie burn shows up proper for my weight. I have noticed that as my weight goes up or down so does the workout cal burn for the same duration.

This morning I did 5K in 20 deg f...brrrrr. It is cold, but I made sure I had enough clothes on (in layers). Just need to dress for the occasion I say.

Workout 7 of 36 of 9 week Hard: Really felt energized during and after this workout... WOW. When I did week 3 I went 2 miles during the 28 minute session. When I was finished I did a half mile cooldown then I jogged for another 1/2 mile just for the fun of it. Super effort!!! Way to go!!!:drinker:
