Your diet is most important. Exercise if and when you can, but you will be successful if you are careful with your diet. You can do this. Congratulations on your wedding.

You have youth on your side. If you lose it slowly, use a good moisturizer (I like cocoa butter), and do some strength training, you will be just fine. Good luck to you.

I thought the same way. Why do all that exercise just to eat more. So, I am eating 1500-1600 calories. My only exercise is a 30 minute walk a day (sometimes 2 fifteen minutes instead), and 10-15 minutes of strength training just to tone a little. absolutely, you can lose the weight without working out. But try to find an activity that you enjoy. Yoga, Zumba, hiking, dancing, whatever. Just set a good example for him. Include him in your workouts as often as possible. Include as many vegetables and fruits as you can, but in the long run he has to decide for himself. My husband didn't get on board until his doctor threw a hissy fit about his blood pressure. Good luck to you both.

Just chalk it up as a learning experience. You might want to do a little extra exercise for the next few days, but I wouldn't try to cut back on calories to make it up. That might just cause you to binge. Just continue with your plan and everything will be okay. Good luck to you.

For health. On my last doctor appointment, he quizzed me to see if I would recognize the signs of a heart attack. That convinced me it was time to get serious.

Actually, I have heard that the area that I live in (western Kentucky) is unique in that we eat a lot of mutton bar-b-que. Most areas of the country use primarily beef or pork for bar-b-que. I was raised on the stuff, and all I can say is they don't know what they are missing.
