I am eating 1500 plus some but not all exercise calories. I am losing a little over a pound a week.

My starting weight was 209, I am currently 187 and my goal weight is 169. I have been every weight between 135 and 220. 169 is a good weight for me, probably a size 8/10. I will be very happy there.

I think the way you feel is pretty common. Get someone to take some pictures of you in various poses.... then pull out some old pictures and lay them out together. I think you will definitely see the difference that way. You are doing great.... stay the course.

For some people they may not cause a problem. For me, I discovered that aspartame caused me to have mini seizures. Exactly same thing with me. I lost a pound a week on 1200 calories, now I lose a pound a week eating 1500. I feel much more satisfied on 1500, I felt hungry all the time on 1200. Doesn't sound logical, but it happened.

Most definitely worth it. It makes it easier. I put my cereal bowl on the scale before turning it on. So when you turn it on it doesn't count the weight of the bowl, then just pour in cereal until it is a serving size. Much easier than measuring with measuring cups. I overcame my V D deficiency with just a multivitamin for women and increasing sun exposure. Not excessively, just 20 to 30 minutes a day. I do feel better.

Two hours of zumba a day, WHY ? You need to ease up on the exercise or eat more.

If you net 1200 you might be okay. Not if you eat 1200 and also exercise. If you eat 1200 and expend 400 calories in exercise, then you have only netted 800. That is not enough.

I didn't ease into it. It was a new years resolution. Now 4 months later I am down over 20 pounds and feeling great. Tips ?? Eat those veggies and drink the water. It really does help. I would think that is not enough calories for a day that includes 80 minutes of exercise. I would suggest having a couple of days with no exercise and eating 1500 calories and the rest of the days you can exercise and eat a little more.

Then you are netting 900 - 1100 calories and that probably isn't enough. You should try eating more.
