M&M's, Mike&Ike and classic jelly beans. I have some almost every day.

Probably True. TNP will go outside this weekend and enjoy spring.
-
True! I would eat anything with Peanut butter. TNP exercises harder on weekends.
-
Ha! This made my afternoon! Congratulations on the success and thanks for sharing!

Not to be creepy, but forget the turkey meatloaf muffins...Jamie Eason is tasty!
-
Awesome! I'm gonna do this, too.

I did my first about a year ago and it took 45 minutes...had a fantastic experience. Go for it!

Don't know, don't care. I have a little less then 5 months before I hit that birthday and I want to lose at least 10, maybe 15 more pounds by then. Then, I can say I weigh less at 40, than at 14!
-
Feel free to add me if you like. My peak weight was a cheeseburger shy of 300 lbs. About 14 months ago, I weighed 280 and started to really try to lose weight for the first time ever. I am now down to ~195. I have been where you are. Good job taking the first steps and good luck!

Yep! I am a Virgo to a "T"!
-
AMEN! Had ~3 cups of spinach and some baby carrots at lunch. Went great with ham!
-
This. Not sure why...it bothers me some.

Most days I have a Flatout flat bread, ~4 oz of lunch meat, canned chicken or tuna, mustard, some fresh vegetables (carrots, etc.) and/or some frozen vegetables (steamed). A lot of filling food for ~300 calories. As noted before, can be high in sodium, but I don't track that too closely.

Yep...springtime toys! Bubbles, yard / sandbox toys, baseball/softball equipment, camping gear, a sun hat, sunglasses, etc.
-
Mmm...shiraz and vanilla smoothie.
-
Bacon...and Peanut Butter... I don't allow myself to go over with them, I just don't sweat having a lot of it.
-
BUMP. I struggle with this myself.
-
I cook it with chicken stock and garlic as a side with chicken breast. Or, I make it with water and add onion, tomato and garlic with a little olive oil...can eat it hot or cold like a "salad".
-
I love CLIF bars! I have them with fruit as breakfast often. A couple years back, I dropped 15 lbs. just switching to that breakfast. Mmm...now I want a coconut chocolate chip one.
-
It is sandwich-y, but I have a Flatout flatbread with low sodium deli meat, a little mustard and veggie condiments (sometimes). Comes out to about 200-240. Then I have fresh or frozen veg, about 1-2 cups depending on hunger level. Way filling. Sometimes I use pre-cooked chicken breast in place of the deli meat...saves on…

Did you run the 5K with your Uncle? Running with someone, I often find I can go farther and faster.
and what do you do with the other one? have you ever heard of someone not eating both pop tarts? ever?
Share! Pop Tarts are better when shared!

I thought there was gonna be Toaster Strudel...what happened?
-
I think so, too! Loved the macadamia white chocolate cookie I just had. Now I can finish the day strong!
-
I'm not in your face about it, but try to be supportive and consistent. Feel free to add me. It looks like you were doing great!
-
Feel free to add me. I try to be as supportive as possible. Could always use more male friends here.
-
Winner!

Pretty normal in Iowa. As others have said, wealth is a great predictor. People here love their comfort food and getting a good deal on a lot of unhealthy food. It is improving though.

Yum! This sounds great!
