  • I set my goal at the 130 but realistically I am aiming for 140. I do not want want to be too thin and I looked at my older sister for inspiration. She looks a lot better ten pounds heavier than now.

  • That still doesn't change the fact that most females thighs touch naturally unless they are standing with their feet slightly apart. In which case, they won't touch. Most females do stand with their feet slightly apart though.

  • I've seen some teenagers who are obsessed with not having their thighs touch. Some magazines are also airbrushing in a gap between the thighs to make models seem skinnier since the gap is supposed to be attractive. It's unnatural in most women and it's gross in my opinion.
  • If it was the first week, I would not worry so much and try to follow the calorie suggestions on your MFP. It seems like the first few pounds are usually water weight.
