Anything that has to be packaged and/or shipped needs to have preservatives added to it. then they add salts and high sodium spices to cook it. I tried to buy precooked frozen chicken breasts the other day, and there was 550mg sodium in one breast. UGHHHHH. It's crazy, and I am not the best cook.;(

Grilled chicken breast/fish/lean steak, steamed veggies(yes they do that), and tons of salad......dressing on the side, use sparingly. and then like 3-6 bites of a breadstick, dessert, or a full glass of wine. after all it is a CHEAT!!!!!

My daughter just met my boyfriend and his son for the first time tonight after we have been dating for 6 months. It went well and we wanted to continue the night together, but we are responsible parents. So, we each went to our respective homes and put our kids to bed. Now Im on MFP. Sigh,

I dont care what any guy/girl thinks about my legs. I put on my pants and they are tight as hell around my thigh/butt and loose in the waist. THAT makes me smile. =)

I have run quite a few 5ks. They always say that and I always use my Ipod, Iphone, earbuds, etc. I make a playlist of about 4-5 songs with differnetn tempos to help me keep pace or speed up at times. I fear Christmas RUM balls. they make my clothes fall off..... LOL, seriously though. I plan on having a few bites ONLY of all the things I enjoy so I dont deprive myself. ALSO, drink lots of water and ge a great workout in before and a nice long walk after. I love CHristmas
