interval training helped me. Then I threw in a 1-2 of 5 mile runs every week to help with endurance. However, my PR is only 24.39 so you may wanna listen to someone with a better time. GOOD LUCK!!

Well, I am considerable shorter than you at 5"2". I am currently 16-17% BF (112lbs). I dont have caliper measurements like you do but Chest: 34 Waist: 25.5 Belly button: 27 Hips:33 Bicep: 10.75 Thigh: 19.25 I have pics in my profile that are 19% BF I think, You are welcome to look at them or add me.
