I always stop by 8. but I work a 9-5 with two small kids so I'm usually in bed at 10.

When I go running my 3 year old asks to put on her sneakers and runs with me down our long driveway then waves me off at the end. I love it!

I've been thinking about this since I am only 2 pounds off my goal? I like the daisy duke idea but I live in northern canada. I would be a frozen statue! I think I'm going to get a trainer to tone! And go on a long hike.

This post makes me want to have another baby! My baby just turned two. If I had my time back I would have had a dozen! I'm two years and finally down to my pre first baby weight ( well, two pound off). It took a long time for me because I've been chronically ill. Enjoy your new baby!

You can also pick up "the Wheat Belly". It's a good resource if you want to give up wheat. The author is really against wheat so like anything you have to take it with a grain of salt.

I wouldn't cut out wheat because of weight loss. It's not sustainable. As someone with a wheat intolerance and I got to say it is hard!! Really hard!! Just keep at it and you can adjust as you go. It's all overwhelming at first. As you get closer to your goal your losing will slow down and you may hit a plateau. The important thing is not letting this get to you and power through. Good luck!

Great advice!! I can't digest Gluten and I don't eat process food so I am really low on the carb side of things. It's hard to get a balance! Bentlly's advice looks really good.

I started with cream and sugar. I started adding less and less sugar. Then less and less cream. Now I drink my coffee black! And since it's only 2 cals I can drink 3-4 a day! It took about 6 months but now I can't stand anything in my coffee.
