I agree. I am a university student and I am running around ALL day between classes, running errands, going to work all over the place. If I were to estimate, it's probably added up to a couple miles a day in running around. But I don't count it as exercise. Hope this helps!

I agree COMPLETELY. I know some people who go to the gym for hours and hours eat them back and that helps their metabolism etc. But, a) I only go to the gym for 30-45 minutes of cardio and maybe some weights if I'm up to it. My favorite is when women go way too "made up" to the gym. Personally, I don't see the point of CAKING on the mascara (which if you're working hard enough is gonna run anyway) and masking yourself in orange concealer (which clogs pores when you sweat!)
