well if you can tolerate being upset with fluctuations, then that's your call. but remember that bloat or water retention is very different from fat gained. trust yourself-- you've worked hard and if you continue to exercise and eat mindfully and healthfully you will be just fine. :)

1) do NOT panic -- this is very normal 2) seriously stop panicking! :) it's probably mostly bloat and water weight from the dietary change. 1 lb of stored fat = 3500 calories. try it all for a few days, eat well, drink water, and get enough sleep. working out makes most people feel good, but if you're feeling crappy it could mean you're doing too much. Your body will tell you if it is too much.
