Weight loss isn't complicated but it is hard, you have to put in the time and effort. I learnt to be conscious of why I'm eating - is it because I'm hungry, bored, emotional?
Actually there is a lot more than that!
Eat well.
Move daily.
Hydrate often.
Sleep more.
LOVE YOUR BODY!

and i love the idea of this! i think it is really important to remember that we are on this journey because we want to be healthy and happy, and to do it out of respect for ourselves, not because we need to punish ourselves.
