and another- if you dropped your phone and it cracked, you wouldn't think 'ah **** it, it's already broken' and stamp on it, so why when you eat over your limit, should you think 'ah **** it, i might as well eat more'?0

If I have the self-discipline to stick to a money budget and feel accomplished at the slow and steady accumulation in my bank balance, then I have the self-discipline to permanently change my eating habits and the patience to lose weight for the long-term.

IT´S ALL ABOUT CALORIES!
Sounds simple? Yes... But I tried so many diets none of them worked... The only thing that got slimer was my money bag....
To know that it´s all about calories bans the danger to fall for all those weird losing weight methods :-P0 -

Weight loss isn't complicated but it is hard, you have to put in the time and effort. I learnt to be conscious of why I'm eating - is it because I'm hungry, bored, emotional?
Actually there is a lot more than that!
Eat well.
Move daily.
Hydrate often.
Sleep more.
LOVE YOUR BODY!
(repeat for life)
