  • Going by your goal weight then BMR is 1558 and TDEE is 2158! So I personally would set your daily goal as 2,000 see how you go for at least a month ! If you struggle to eat all those cals try a handful of unsalted nuts, chunk of cucumber with peanut butter! Something that will up yours cals but not make you feel stuffed!…

  • Have you specifically entered that you are lightly or moderately active? Check in your goals and see there what you are down as (what you actually enter for how much exercise done per week that DOESN'T change you activity level, it is just to see if you reach you exercise target) x

  • Your BMR is 1558 (approx) and your TDEE is 2415! So aim to eat about 2,000 cals a day (handful of nuts will bump cals up without making you stuffed) what is your goal weight? X Edit: forgot to add that you should try and keep your NET at or above your BMR but I'm not always spot on with mine x

  • Your BMR is the MINIMUM you should NET each day! For example if you burn 300 cals doing a workout you'd eat them back so you've eaten 1,798 and netted 1,498! Have a look at fat2fitradio.com to get calculations x

  • I do try to get my protein up but struggle :( 15% is 1800, do I eat at that every day, what about if my excerise cals take my NET below my BMR? Should I eat more then, to get my NET up? X

  • There's no way to spot reduce a specific are unfortunately! But ab work including planks, crunches, reverse crunches, standing crunches, side planks, dead lifts, compound squats etc.... I have an awful pooch (after 2 kids) but mine is reducing (pics on my profile or a thread I did) good luck x
