Well I am about 3 months into eating more and down from 150lbs (which I had been for months) to 143.6lbs yet I have lost about 16.5 inches from all over! the BIGGEST change is my Mummy Tummy. Still a long way to go but for only a 7lbs loss I am really pleased. Here are my progress pics:

Thank you all again :) 7lbs and about 15 inches lost (from all over) 2.5 off my waist, 2 off my hips (2 inches below belly button) and about an inch from round my bum (other inches from my thighs, arms, chest etc) x

I've done 30DS for 30 days, last week I completed RI30, this week I have started alternating NMTZ & BFBM. I also do Zumba about 3 times a week (on the WII) I also eat about 1,500 - 1,800 cals a day! Jen x

Thanks guys :) still a long way to go BUT I will still be wearing a bikini on holiday!! My whole body still needs a lot of work but my tummy is the worse part, so was a good pick me up seeing the difference :) x

I've decided to alternate NMTZ & BFBM for the month as I need to work on my whole body! But will hopefully start KB&T next month! Let me know what it's like x

Had mine for lunch tomorrow and it was YUMMY!!! Shared it out with the girls in the office and it was a HIT :) split in 4 and it worked out at 88 cals per serving x

Made this last night, 200g Cottage cheese, 2 eggs, chopped mushrooms & peppers. Gonna have it for lunch today :)

I never used to suffer with this but for the past few years I have done (normally a week or 2 before my TOTM) as long as there are no lumps there it is just normal (for me anyway) but if you are concerned go and see your doctor x

Well done :) you can really see a difference, your belly button has lifted and changed shape slightly too :) great job. I recommend RI30, if your up for another JM workout x

My Goal for June is: To lose 3-4lbs and more inches. Would like to lower my BF% by 1 or 2%. Get my protein up! I try and weigh every Friday and will use my tape measure at the end of June. My Motivators are: Going to Corfu with my 2 daughters so need to look good in my bikini :) and just seeing all the great inspirational…

So far in June I have done 167 minutes of Zumba (2 hours and 47 minutes) am really enjoying it on the WII :) but have an injury already!! Where the belt sits on my left hip I have a lump and bruise where the belt has been rubbing OOPPPS!! Hope everyone else is doing well :) Jen x

Day 2, week 4 OMG!! My arms are SCREAMING at me!!! I have no coordination for the scissor kicks either?! I must look a right idiot attempting it lol I am soooooo gonna hurt later!!! Eeeekk only 4 more days left!! X

Well my Zumba fitness 2 for the Wii arrived yesterday and did "3" sessions a 22 minutes session this morning, 25 mins this afternoon and then my girls made me do a 40 minute session this eve! I'm LOVING it but jeez I'm exhausted totally Zumba'd out lol x
