At the min all spare cash is going to my holiday, so getting anymore weights is out at the mo (at least till after my holiday) so gonna stick to JM for now!! Then after my holiday and daughters birthday I can look at getting heavier weights x

Well I've decided that I am goin to focus on my JM workouts (as they are bodyweight and lighter weights) I don't think I can fully commit to strength training when I only have body weight and light weights! SO finishing JM's RI30 (got 1 week left) doing it 5/6 times a week and doing Zumba on the WII for at least 20 mins…

I get that all the time! Nice to know somebody loves it :) I am naturally very olive skinned (I am part spanish) so when I tan I do go quite dark! In a man I'm not overly fussed but like a few other I do love a famers tan (The forearm all tanned is LUSH) x

I'm on day 6 week 3, BUT technically it's my day 4 as I wasn't doing it regularly uptill my day 2/3 and owwwwww but no pain no gain so it will ease up x

You can't spot reduce BUT planks are fab to help tighten the core and tricep dips to tighten the arms! Continuing to lose fat all over is the main thing. I'm in the same boat but I'm getting there slowly. Good luck on your journey and well done on your loss so far x

First of all got to fat2fitradio.com and enter your data to get your BMR & TDEE!! You should always NET at or above your BMR!! I deduct 20% from my TDEE and that is what I aim to eat every day, if I've burnt loads of cals they exercise and it brings my NET lower than my BMR I'll eat it drink something to up my NET (my BMR…

I agree, I personally don't think you're eating enough! I eat between 1,600 and 2,000 cals a day and I've lost 6lbs after being stuck for months, on average I lose about half a lb a week but it's easier to keep it off when it's slow and steady. Good luck x

All the above is correct! I am set as moderate and I do enter my exercise BUT I only eat them back IF my NET is below my BMR x

I'm mainly doing body weight strength training due to ridiculously light weights I have!! Lol and majority of what I've been doing I can do more than 5 reps of 5! Gonna try focusing on finishing RI30 and then reassess! Gonna look on YouTube for ideas! X
